We are looking for a passionate, customer focused and energetic Business development manager who can be our product ambassador and help us expand our customer base and drive growth and customer satisfaction in key markets. The job is based in Brussels (45' away in TGV from Lille).

We are a young technology startup dedicated to developing innovating and user centric privacy compliance solutions for businesses with a focus on individual information rights.
Our mission is to bring more transparency in the way companies communicate about their personal data processing activities through user friendly automated compliance tools.

Mission:
  • Be our brand ambassador and understand your customer’s pain points ;
  • Bring your expertise in the sales & customer life cycle (transforming leads into sales, customer on-boarding, customers support, issue resolution…) ;
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, working directly with them throughout their customer lifecycle ;
  • Onboard clients and help them fully understand the product and how it can help them achieve their compliance and business goals ;
  • Be an expert at building relationships and understanding client's needs as well as being capable to ensure they are using the product to its maximum ability ;
  • Taking feedback from clients and developing an understanding based on their feedback on the product ;
  • Feedback and liaise with internal teams on ideas for new features or updating existing ones.

Le profil idéal


  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant fields ;
  • Languages: French (Fluent) & English (Fluent) ;
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B selling SaaS, similar IT services or solutions designed for webdesign agencies  ;
  • Demonstrate experience in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction ;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: we are looking for someone who's a team player, an excellent communicator and a problem solver; excellent client facing ability ;
  • Excellent relationship skills: you need to be a "people person" and connect with them in a meaningful way ;
  • Excellent writing skills ;
  • Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast paced and changing environment ;
  • Strong interest and/or previous experience within the data protection & privacy sector or legal sector would be a massive advantage.
